"On February 4, Dr. Gwen Point was installed as Chancellor of the University of the Fraser Valley at a ceremony in Chilliwack.

"Natural resource projects will not proceed unless they can be demonstrated to be safe for Canadians and for the environment," said Strahl. "The proposed changes the minister has announced will take an incredibly reliable and safe system and make it even better."
